I warrant that the above information is true and correct and authorize American Express International, Inc., its affiliates and representatives worldwide (collectively “Amex”) to exchange [with] and obtain information from any source including credit reporting agencies in order to process this application and operate my account. Conditions of use will accompany the American Express Credit Card when issued.

I agree

(i) that all terms and conditions of the American Express Credit Cardmember Agreement and this application will constitute my agreement with you for the use of such Card; and

(ii) to accept liability for all charges incurred with the Basic Credit Card.

I understand that

(i) failure to answer all questions listed in this application may prevent you from processing my application: and

(ii) you may refuse to accept this application in the light of my individual circumstances.

I may always contact your Data Privacy Officer to gain access to and request correction or amendment to my data. I authorize Amex to use information provided in this application and about my account for marketing purposes, including the exchange of non-financial information with selected business partners.

If I have requested enrollment in Membership Rewards (“MR”), I agree to be bound by the MR terms and conditions.

If I am a full-time student, I authorize Amex to cancel my American Express Charge Card account, if any, upon approval of this application. I acknowledge that, subject to acceptance, I will be billed an annual fee of HK$ 180 for the Basic Credit Card after graduation.
